This privacy policy explains how FastCraft ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with this website (fastcraftgifts.co.uk) and the apps and services we operate. We are a small UK-based engraving business and we keep the data we handle to a minimum.

Information this website collects
This is an informational website. It does not have user accounts, does not sell products directly, and does not ask you to submit personal details through forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify you.
Buying from us
When you buy a FastCraft product, you do so through our shops on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy and eBay). Those purchases, and any personal or order information involved, are handled by the marketplace under its own privacy policy — not through this website. We only receive the order details the marketplace shares with us so we can make and dispatch your item.
Pinterest and our app
We operate a software application that uses the Pinterest API to publish our own product pins (image, title, description and a link to the product) to our own FastCraft Pinterest business account. This app acts only on our own Pinterest account. It does not access, collect, store or process the personal data, pins or boards of any other Pinterest user, and it does not post on anyone else's behalf.
When you click one of our pins or links and go to Pinterest, Amazon, Etsy or eBay, that site's own privacy policy applies to your activity there.
How we use information
- To make, package and dispatch the items you order through the marketplaces.
- To answer questions you send us by email.
- To keep this website and our apps secure and working.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except as needed to fulfil your order (for example with a delivery courier) or where the law requires it.
Keeping your information
We keep order-related information only for as long as we need it to fulfil the order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your query.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
